How do you track supplier samples

I’m the assistant buyer on our home goods team, still learning the ropes, and I’ve been wrangling sample requests in Excel, but it’s getting messy. If you’ve got a lightweight system or template that logs who requested what, ETA, and feedback after the fit/quality check, could you share what’s worked? Bonus if it plays nice with Monday or Google Sheets — our next line review is in two weeks.

I’d spin up a Google Form that writes to a Sheet with columns for requester, vendor, sample ID, ETA, received date, status (dropdown), and a Drive link for photos/fit notes — it keeps the chaos in one tab. Then use Monday’s Google Sheets integration to create/update an item per row; when status moves to ‘Reviewed’, auto-notify the requester and attach the feedback link — my rule is ‘no sample without feedback’.
