Our athleisure tops are up 18% WoW, but vendors just pushed lead times to 6–8 weeks and nudged MOQs higher. I’m inclined to trim pre-books to free OTB for chase — are you taking similar bets and living with 8–10 WOS, or holding cash until we see a second read on conversion?

I’m trimming pre-books about 20% and running “8–10 WOS” only on core colors, while placing greige holds so we can dye-to-order and cut chase lead to about 3–4 weeks — keeps some powder dry. Can your vendor split MOQ across colors or trade a fringe color for size depth to protect sell-through?
