Streamlining supplier communication

I’ve been thinking about how crucial effective communication with suppliers is in managing our logistics. Last quarter, we faced delays in shipments because of miscommunication about lead times. I’m curious to hear how others handle supplier relations and any tools you find helpful in keeping everyone on the same page?

It can really help to have a shared platform, like a project management tool, where both you and your suppliers can update lead times in real time. I find that reduces a lot of miscommunication, especially in fast-paced environments. What tools are you currently using to keep track of those updates?
