Job Title: Supply Chain Parts Buyer

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Schedule: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year
What You’ll Do:
Manage procurement of parts and materials to support customer service and service technicians; create and process purchase orders; expedite orders and resolve delivery issues; prepare system reports and monthly metrics; maintain supplier relationships; and collaborate with inside/outside sales and operations to ensure timely material availability.
Required Qualifications (high level):

~5 years’ procurement experience (project-management experience preferred).

Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.

Comfortable with MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).

Good communication and organizational skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
